This is a weird question (again). But I know that Intel processor can go into a low power state when they are not being used. This is to reduce the power requirements based upon need (and to extend laptop battery time). So I was curious if the CPs, especially the unlicensed / unused, in a z9 or z10 would likewise be in a lower power state? After all, if I cannot use the CP for anything, why should it be using electricity?
