Many of these parameters don't seem to me to be applicable to
SYSOUT data sets.  DIR?  DSNTYPE?  CATALOG?  What am I missing?

And what I'm really looking for is the syntax to specify OUTLIM
for a DDDEF SYSOUT.  I can't find it.
