Yes, but they have been ubiquitous at places I have worked.   They are
written in REXX and in my system are in *.REXX.APPL.LIB.   I just
tested them and they don't work in BROWSE here.

In edit or view, type ZOOM on the command line, and put your cursor on
a dataset name, or type SHOWPROC on the command line and put your
cursor on a proc name.    The dataset or proc appear to be copied into
your edit session (but aren't really in the dataset).
