It appears you are correct. While looking closer, I found this in my "Installing your Order": Jobs run during production
The UCLIN job, ISF.SISFJCL1(ISFISUCL), which causes SMP/E to reassemble SDSF whenever maintenance affects JES2 macros has been run. I guess my direct desire won't happen :( I can build the UCLIN and combine it at RECEIVE or full APPLY. It will take some more thought to figure what to do with RESTORE and REJECT., Thanks for the help.
