Hi all, I'm doing some research about PDS and PDSE performance and did find APAR OA15322 and OA15473. These APARs have the following comments :
The system will be enhanced so that when LLA discovers a module which it would like to cache which is not eligible for LLA VLF cache will cause the module to be cached in the PDSE hiperspace if it is active in the SMSPDSE address space. This support will be activated if the IGWSMSxx parameter PDSE_HSP_SIZE(nnn) is non-zero. As we can see it refers to SMSPDSE and PDSE_HSP_SIZE, and i could not find out any other related APAR referencing SMSPDSE1 or PDSE1_HSP_SIZE. Do they really mean SMSPDSE or we can assume SMSPDSE1 as well ?
