Luke, if the file doesn't begin with the two characters "PK" then it's not a ZIP file. Also, the last thing in a ZIP file is its "central directory" so if you didn't get the whole file then Winzip and other UNZIP programs won't be able to process it correctly.
In your post you say.. .. Download .. - (k3t4271n.zip)(5375.0 MB) -and- ..The ZIP file ended up being over 1GB on my PC I would have expected you to say: "..over 5GB on my PC" so I'd take that a a strong indication that you only have about the first 20% of the whole file.
