It seems to be invoked via the MPFLST faclilty. (don't know if there is anything in a SAMPLIB to help).
An example from my system: ARC0621I,USEREXIT(MPFEXIT) AUTOMATIC DUMP ENDING Whenever MSG ARC0621I is encountered, the user exit "MPFEXIT" will get control. MPFEXIT would invoke the SYSREXX exec.
