I believe that the issue is grammar. If you parse "FACILITY class profile"
as "profile in the FACILITY class" then it's correct, although confusing.
The IBM documentation seems to use that wording a lot. Likewise with
"FACILITY class definition"; if you parse it as "definition of the
FACILITY class" it's wrong, but if you parse it as "profile definition in
the FACILITY class" then it's correct.
