We have the CA Health Checker support setup and it is useful for the
products that leverage it well like CA-1. The install was easy just
some new load modules dropped into CAILIB.

Title: What causes, at CA Spool startup, message 'ESF735 CA Health
Checker Initialization failed with RC=40 and Reason Code=0000' to be
written to the CA Spool JOBLOG?

Description

At CA Spool r11.5 startup, message 'ESF735 CA Health Checker
Initialization failed with RC=40--Reason Code=000' can be written to the
CA Spool JOBLOG.

Solution

ESF735 means that the CA Health Checker is not installed in the current
system. Please review the CA Common Services solutions RI05071 and
RI05073, for information on how to download and install the CA Health
Checker common component, FMID CEF5C00.
