Our whole mainframe group was informed to be outsourced. That's us sysprogs, IMS, CICS, DB2, DASD folks, operations, etc. I was about to turn in my retirement papers at the end of April so I left at the end of MAY but because of the outsourcing, I leave on June 18th plus a severance check of about 6 1/2 months pay. I can't complain but I feel sorry for those younger folks that may not have a job---that's most of the group. George Fogg
