Not likely to change until someone submits a requirement for implementing the new SASMC instruction (Set And Synchronize Multiple Clocks) via the ISPF interface. Seems like I remember setting the clock via the hardware console some 20+ years ago. Time was always as accurate as the operator's pocket watch. Had to push the special button, too.
