First, I would see if I could use IEBCOPY to just copy the entire dataset to another PDS. If it failed, then I'd use the TSO LISTDS command in batch to list the member names in the dataset. I would then use that to construct an IEBCOPY job which did a SELECT MEMBER= for each individual member. This assumes that the directory is still readable.
