Perhaps Mark Nelson's RACFICE2 package would be of interest.  It uses
DFSORT's ICETOOL to produce
various RACF reports.  You can find details on RACFICE2 at:.

You might also want to post your question on the racf-l list - I've seen
discussions of other "packages"
that use DFSORT's ICETOOL for reports there.  Or contact Mark Nelson
