Maybe I over-generalised.
And, I should have put the caveat that it's not always goodness to 
'over-specify'.
But, it doesn't cost, set to the max.

That's what I get for having this conversation while having a few beer [1].

1. Canadian ones. Not, that water you 'Mercans mistakingly label with the same 
designation.
(And, before the UK, Germany, and OZ chime in, yes I know you have even more 
potent potables)
