DB2 V8 and SYNCSORT are the only two tools which allocation storage
above the 2G BAR so far.
I am very happy to trade our memory for reduced SIO's against our DASD
pools.

One thing I have not done so far is to add the code to our IEFUSI to not
assign NOLIMIT for REGION=0K users. I have it on the TODO list.
