Gil, You have to login to the CA Support web-site (http://support.ca.com). Once you are logged on, there is a link on the left for Documentation. There are two boxes to find the product you want to find documentation on. The top box will be for the newest releases of the major products; giving you html and pdf formats. The bottom box is the older box that gives you PDF for older releases of nearly all CA products.
