This occurred as a result of maintenance to system REXX, which introduced several enhancements, but causes a system REXX EXEC to run under JES2. For the time being, you are doing the correct thing, which is to cancel AXRxx (the xx suffix is not predictable), not FORCE AXR,ARM. When I installed this maintenance I put in a requirement to IBM to come up with a more graceful way to terminate the AXRxx address space. This has not been answered yet.
