This is snide and ignorant gibberish -- there hasn't been a slash in hardware 
since System/390. Thisis actually an official IBM marketing rule:
 Hardware: z900, z890, z9, z10, z196
 Software: z/OS, z/VM, z/VSE, z/TPF, z/Architecture
 (Yes, the architecture is considered software!)
