Actually, scenario 2 was reported by me. I insisted that we did NOT have several releases of Jes2 in our newly upgraded z/OS 1.10, so this apar could not possibly describe my problem, which is an abend0c4 in HASCHAM after an overlay caused by an MVCL. Turned out that the root cause was also responsible for an 'everything at the same level' abend, that in my case fortunately only affected one TSO user address space.
