Fascinating.  I get this from SDSF:

IEE136I LOCAL: TIME=08.23.01 DATE=2005.314  GMT: TIME=14.23.01 DATE=2005.314


We're in the US Central timezone, and the offset shown is exactly 6 hours.
Our ETR (Sysplex Timer) syncs with NIST every Saturday.
