Is there any reason why you shouldn't have alot of initiators defined, but have alot of them drained. Is there any performance considerations? Thanks <SNIPPAGE> Each initiator, drained or running, takes up room in the SQA for ASCBs and such. Other than that, there is some storage taken within JES2 (or JES3). That's about the only real overhead I can think of for excess, but drained, INITS.
