Shmuel: Don't have experience with the product, but have recently attended a local IBM Proof of Technology session on Omegamon DE. There they talked about the TEP. Didn't get platform sizing information, but got that the TEP will run on the following: Windows 2000 Server (and Advanced Server) Windows 2003 Server (Advanced and Enterprise) Red Hat 4 Linux (Intel and zSeries) SLES 8 and 9 (Intel and zSeries)
So, if you happen to have Linux on zSeries running, then you could provision your own server! Hope that helps.
