We replaced AbendAID and Xpediter by DumpMaster and TraceMaster (Macro4) and had very little issues. The main reason was cost and Compuwares unwillingness to do anything about the astronomical licensing fees. As a result all Compuware products were replaced by products from other vendors like Macro4, IBM et al.
