If you set a STIMER for 00:00:00.01, then when the TQE exit gets control,
set another STIMER for 00:00:00.01, then that STIMER will pop in just under
24 hours time.

Having said that would be better to work just a little later than midnight,
say 00:00:01.00 See OA14062 for problems setting a STIMER close to
midnight.
