Note that OPTION DYNALLOC=(,n) can be specified in EXEC, SYSIN and
SORTCNTL, as well as in DFSPARM.

DFSPARM has been available since Release 11 (1988).

The OPTION statement and DYNALLOC parameter have been available since
Release 5 (1981).
