As mentioned previously cp or pax will work for what you have described so far. 
 Can you see both file systems (e.g., /usr/sbin/mount -qv /)?  As an example, 
did you have something like /a/b/c and then mount d at /a/b?  Now you can't see 
c?

I have mounted on my z/OS 1.11 system, my z/OS 1.9 etc file system. With 
this in mind, how would I do this copy function?
