They can run, but they can't hide.

It seems like every couple of years, their marketing geniuses come up with
another plan to convince the customers that things are better.  It never
seems to occur to them that it might be easier and cheaper in the long run
to actually make things better instead of constantly creating new PR campaigns.

I remember once a few years ago when a couple of CA reps came in to talk to
us and talk about how it was really going to be better this time.  Yes, they
knew there had been problems in the past, but this time CA was determined to
make things better.  With a straight face, they sat there and told us that,
as proof of CA's commitment to change, everybody at CA had come to work one
morning recently and found NEW BUSINESS CARDS WITH A NEW LOGO on their desk!
 I'd been marginally polite (for me) up to that point, but then I lost it.
A new logo!! Oh wow!! That's really going to make everything all better!!
That was really my biggest complaint with the old CA, that they just didn't
have a good logo!  Oh my gosh!!! This changes everything!!

Now I suppose they'll have to get more new business cards.
