There is no explicite switch like "DUMP LOGICAL" or "DUMP PHYSICAL". 
However other parameters determina kind of DUMP.

BTW: AFAIK FDR always make physical dump but restore can be physical or
logical. And that's why FDR is faster for logical processing.
