I was not saying that IEFBR14 changed but that when run file allocation would do an HDELETE. I also know that HSS does dataset migrations. I was just telling the person that allocation may be causing the issue and/or his region specification maybe to small. As I remember there was a problem related to invoking IEFBR14 with a region of 1k.
