While getting a new guy on board (masters degree/unix background/smart> he
kept getting frustrated with all of the a IEC***, IEA***, etc. messages that
we take for granted.  He got so frustrated that he asked me for a 'list' of
all MVS messages.

After getting up off the floor from the laugh fit, I gave him a link to the
bookshelf ... He never asked for message documentation again.
