Frank,
I have a similar situation to you - I opened up a PMR and
ultimately one of the Developers encouraged me to submit a design change
request (translate this as a FITS requirement which in turn gets assigned a
Marketing Requirement MR number). This was then all handled by the person
who owned my PMR at the Support Centre. I now have a MR submitted with IBM
and hopefully it will be corrected in a future release
.
