I want to change the size of a LINKLIB. So how I was going to tackle this was, define the new one, copy the contents from the old library to the new library. Remove the LINKLIB from the APF list and the LNKLST. Delete the old dataset, rename the new one, and then add it back to the PAF and LNKLSTs.
