WE are having a problem with our printer(wont name the brand), but we have all of last nights processing in the spool and need to get it out and print some of the standard report. We have CA-Dispatch but only a few jobs are setup with online viewing. Is there a way to retrieve the output from jes get it to a dataset so we could ftp to a network printer? Thanks Mace
