About 10 years ago we dealt with a company that did much the same thing. I don't remember the company name. When we investigated, we found out that it was a one man show. We had prepaid the classes. The last I heard was that we might not be able to recover the money. IIRC we found out more about the company when talking to other participants that showed up at a class that was canceled just before it was to start.
