What am I missing here?
It seems obvious to me that ALL systems in the Sysplex need connectivity
("accessibility") to BOTH the primary AND alternate CDSes, precisely to
avoid the situation reported. To configure otherwise seems akin to trying
to fly an airplane with only one wing (seen that; wasn't pretty).
