Seymour, I was able to do it by typing
Z196 PRINCIPALS OF OPERATION into google.com which got me to http://www.vm.ibm.com/devpages/jelliott/cmosproc.html which had a link to http://publibfi.boulder.ibm.com/epubs/pdf/dz9zr008.pdf Probably not the proper way.. but got the job done.
