Don't know; maybe an extremely dissatisfied (former?) customer. Just saw
another copy of it on CICS-L.
I've seen one other "very loud" expression of dissatisfaction recently: On
the back of an 18-wheeler's trailer on I-90 one day was a professionally
done decal that read, "For a really good screwing, call Michigan Kenworth".
The tractor was a red Kenworth....
In retrospect, I suppose that could have been some perverse "reverse
psychology" advertisement....
