The products are licensed to the particular z/9 physical processor, and charges are dependent on MSU's of the z/9 (or z/10, or z/196, etc.) The only way to pay for only one z/9 would be to only run the products on a single z/9, and not the other. There may be a Sysplex pricing model, but it would be based on total MSU's in the plex.
