We had a problem with a vendor that was a pita and never got resolved until we dropped the vendo. The vendor took the position it was an IBM issue and wouldn't budge. So we tried to talk to the senior management and they would not budge. So we decided to get rid of the vendor. I have never seen a vendor so obstinate. I was happy to make the call terminating the contract.
