Yes you all understood what I wanted to do. Really the members are
REXX being moved to a CLIST (SYSPROC) dataset to be "shared" with the
general users. For some reason this place doesn't have (or want) any
SYSEXEC datasets in the logon PROCs.
The FTOV is what I was missing.
