The address of the 64 bit shared block is quite unique.

My objective is to allow easy free of the shared 64 bit storage (should the
server abend or end) and assign all of them the same token on the GETSHARED. I
would also like to allow release of individual blocks.

Unfortunately, MATCH=SINGLE does not support SHARED.

Should you use the mailblocks package and expect a response from me,
you should preauthorize the dissensoftware.com domain.

I very rarely bother responding to challenge/response systems,
especially those from irresponsible companies.
