It's not, but the IBM documentation says to use RDJFCB rather than

It's easy[1] to get the jobid via an assembler subroutine. Similarly,
it's easy to get the values of system symbols. Beyond that, I'd have
to know what specific data you're looking for. You might be able to
get the same data from pure COBOL but it would be a bear to maintain
and might break when you installed z/OS service.
