The only other single extent restriction is the IODF, but that is not a library. This sort of information used to be in a system data set manual that no longer exists. I think one of the HCD manuals documents the IODF restriction, but I don't know where the SYS1.NUCLEUS restriction is documented other than the wait state codes manual.
