If you explain in more detail what you're trying to do, I can tell you if DFSORT/ICETOOL can do it. Is the first file a complete PDS, one or more PDS members or what? What is the RECFM and LRECL of each file? Do you want the output to contain the records from the first file followed by the records from the second file, or something else (what)?
