Hello: We've solved the problem. We've followed the next steps with the IBM Support:
- Copy the /usr/lpp/tcpip/lib/nls/msg/C/IBM/EZACDNMS from test partition to production partition with replace. Idem with /usr/lpp/tcpip/lib/nls/msg/C/netmsg.cat. The nestat TSO command and D TCPIP,TCPIP,NETSTAT,CON console command works fine. Both files (or one of them) were corrupted.
