Give Walter Farrell the full e-mail header. That will give you and him the
trail from where that mail is coming from.
The part '@d03av06.' is smelling like rotten fish to me, but the text and
usage of abbreviations are both looking 'IBM official to me'??? (????)
(PROFS is indeed an IBM product. Is it still in use?)
