For the records: Here is some information about the new yet undocumented reason code returned by IGGCSI00 (citation):
"The new 100-10 return/reason code from catalog was introduced by APAR OA35437 and will be issued when a generic request (CSI, ISPF 3.4, LISTCAT LEVEL) encounters a catalog entry that is the target of an in-progress rename request.
