Some side conclusions
=======================
1. Questions were imprecise.
For example some folks responded with z/OS MIPS, others included
ICFs, VM, Linux; others provided z/OS and non-z/OS MIPS separately.
My fault and lesson for the future.
2. There are 4000+ subscribers, I was afraid of answers flood.
However I got only 50+ answers. So one should remember, the numbers
above are NOT reliable statistics describing mainframe world.
3. I like the survey! IMHO it is valuable to know something
about other shops. Are we typical installation or not, is it
popular configuration we use or not, etc.
Companies which have such information are not interested in
sharing them or at least doing it for free.
I'm willing to do it again, if interesting questions arise.
Regards to all volunteers who responded
