Which is precisely why I have the "Advanced Topics in z/OS JCL" course: management will never pay for training in ISPF or JCL because "our people already know that"; but if we offer an advanced topics class, there is some [small] chance of managment relenting. This way we can sneak in some updates that are useful and productive. But, it seems not to matter much these days: managment is not paying for training on any mainframe related topics.
