We have acquired a 2094-703 and 2094-704. Before we had installed a 2084- 303 and 2084-304. When we have tried to move the chpid to the new CPC using mapping we had in problems with it.
We made this steps: - We select option "Import IOCP file" - Page Availability - Select button "Process CU Prioritu" - We fill the PCHID assigned in the IODF - We generate a new IOCP input file from this new IODF. - We select option "Import IOCP file" - In this moment there is a problem. It appears the screen "PCHID with CHPID conflict" and in the reason column "Channel mismatch". - We choose the option "Reset all IOCP assigned PCHIDS" - "Availability" - "Proccess CU priority" and the pchids appear with their chpid. The Pchids are the same. - We obtain all reports. What's the problem? Why the Mapping tool said us "PCHID with CHPID conflict" when we enter the PCHID with the chpid conection like the "CHPID to PORT report" in the IOCP input dataset?.
